Ingredients

for 6 servings


  • 3 avocados

  • 6 eggs

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

  • bacon bits(55 g)

  • 1 cherry tomato, quartered

  • 1 sprig fresh basil, chopped

  • shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped



Preparation

  1. Oven temperature should be 410F(205C).

  2. Remove the pits from the avocados and slice them in half.

  3. Make a larger hole in the avocado halves by scooping out some flesh.

  4. Salt and pepper each egg and crack it into the hole.

  5. The toppings will be added after 15 minutes or until the yolk is the desired consistency.

  6. Fresh herbs can be sprinkled on top, as desired.
